In Honor of Barney – A Memorial Day Tradition
Our founder, Barney, a proud WWII veteran, believed deeply in giving back to his community and those who served. One of his favorite traditions was hosting a Memorial Day fundraiser to support fellow veterans—and we’re proud to carry that torch.
Join us this Saturday, May 24th, for “Sips for Service”—an afternoon of wine, music, and community, all in support of Paws of War, a nonprofit that rescues and trains shelter dogs to serve and provide independence to U.S. military veterans and first responders living with PTSD and the emotional effects of war.
Here’s what’s happening:
🎶 Live music by Buoy 34 from 2:30–5:30 PM
🍷 Our wines and local beers flowing all day
🧀 Fresh charcuterie boxes from Sayville Cheese, available from their cart
We’re suggesting a $5 donation at the door—100% of which goes directly to Paws of War. Plus, we’ll be donating 10% of all sales that day to support their incredible mission.
Come raise a glass with us, and help honor Barney’s legacy by making a difference for those who’ve served.
